"I used the 'Decant-Air' wine diffuser last night - I used it on some Vino Nobile, Guildalberto and others - the results were tremendous and far better than simply decanting. It relaxes the wines, taking away the tautness and tones them. Suffice to say it's a cracking tool and the customers are getting the wine in a better condition."
